How do I make a reservation?

We do not have online booking. Reservations can be made by giving us a call at 727-360-5596 between the hours of 9:00AM – 10:00PM. To check for availability you can either call our Front Office or submit a request online and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you take money when booking a reservation?

Deposits are taken at the time of booking. We require a 2 night deposit for a stay longer than 3 nights, and a one night deposit for a stay of 3 nights or under.

Can you guarantee a specific room number?

Reservations less than 7 nights will not be guaranteed a specific room number or location.

Do you have nightly minimums?

We do have a two-night minimum over weekends. This applies to Friday and Saturday nights We also have nightly minimums over most Holidays.

What time is check-in?

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. You are more than welcome to arrive on property at any time throughout the day and we will get your room ready for you as soon as possible.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is before 11:00AM.

When do I owe the remaining balance on my room?

We collect the remaining balance of your stay at check-in. We require all guests to present a valid charge card and identification for security purposes, regardless of payment type. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to guarantee a full refund of your deposit.

What is your smoking policy?

There is no smoking in our guest rooms. If smoking occurs, you will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $500 and immediate removal from our property. Smoking is also not permitted in our pool area.

What is your parking policy?

There is ONE vehicle permitted on property per occupied guest room. No boats, trailers, or RVs are permitted. Please make other arrangements for second vehicles. Any vehicles without a Bon-Aire parking permit may be towed.

Can I have visitors?

Yes. If you are expecting visitors during your stay, we do not offer visitor parking. Visitors are not permitted to be in the pool area, registered guests only.

Are you pet friendly?

No pets allowed.

Can we schedule an event?

We do not allow events.

Are you providing daily housekeeping service?

We offer daily towels and trash service. If your stay is longer than 3 nights, you will be scheduled for a full service at least once throughout your stay.
