Daily Rates quoted based upon two adults plus state and local taxes. $10.00 per day for each extra person over 12 years. Cribs are free of charge. Roll away beds are available for $10.00 per day. MasterCard, Visa and American Express Cards honored. Public limousine service meets all flights at the Tampa International Airport.
There is a charge for local and long distance calls.
DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS
- A two or four day deposit will be required within 10 days of making reservations. The deposit will be applied to the first and last days rent. On reservations of 30 days or longer, the deposit will be applied to the first 2 and last 2 days of rent.
- Deposit will be refunded only on 14 days written notice. Providing the room can be resold, the deposit will be refunded after the original departure date.
- Arriving after or leaving before reserved dates forfeits the respective deposits.
- Monthly rates available.
- Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. require pre-registration.
- Minimum $25.00 charge for Return Checks.
